About Department

The department of radio diagnosis and imaging was started with single x-ray machine in 1992. Gradually the department was upgraded with various x-ray machines, ultrasound and colour Doppler machines with 3D/4D and fusion technology and 64 slice CT scan.

The department is engaged in diagnostic work up and offers comprehensive services in x-ray, conventional procedures, various ultrasound and colour Doppler study, Image guided procedures, CT angiographies, various other CT studies and evaluation of live related liver donor by Myrian software. 5 full time radiologist work in the department along with 9 x-ray technicians and 3 CT technicians.

Department is highly academic and several papers are published from departments in various journals.

Our future plan is to get the department equipped with MRI.
